Most of the candidates get attracted to this MoD by thinking that this is power related job. Yes, This is the most powerful organization in our country but beside this, it is also disciplined, result oriented and succesful one.
They dont let their employees to misuse the power or to do corruption unlike other federal department and this is why this is world famous organization. Its power is only oriented towards its goals and missions. The people who are already working as bps 17 in other field have easy job they can enjoy their time in their social circle, no limits. However, if they want to accept the challenging, disciplined and hectic job.. Go ahead...
