In the meantime I do have a general question which every aspirant must have in mind.
(If a person has aptitude, will and basic qualification to join the organization (MoD), yet he/she failed/dropped by the selection committee especially after passing the written exam. What would be the biggest or most probable reason you think could be there for their failure? ) Because I've always been told that aptitude/personality is the most desirable trait they look in the candidate.

Well if the citizen actually saw someone going through the 1st portion after the given time he should have told the invigilators on the spot , they would have surely taken thier question papers than. Why was the citizen silent when it was happening and crying about it now ? Furthemore it was a mistake in printing in which positive views had been mistakenly printed, but the invigilators had rectified the mistake while giving instructions. If the citizen had botherd to listen to the instructions he would have corrected it. Lame article ...
