They call from Private Number. And you can not call back on that number. Because there is no visible number. Only words " Private Number calling" will appear on your phone screen. After the call ends, you won't any number to call them back.

You may be informed via call by same 'private number'. So, get ready properly and don't worry about the location and time etc. Best of Luck!
