All candidates who have received the SVA-1801 from its not mean that your are final selected it is provision selection. Final selection would be after security clearance. Those who have suitable for security wise they will receive the Medical/Offering Letter. MOD sent all candidates who selected for final and reserved. not a final selection. So Hope for the Best.

What about those candidates who submitted the forms in previous batches but they werent selected. And suppose, Now they havent got the forms?

One of the official at interview told me that you may not get the SVA form again because it is already submitted and clearance will be done on that.

Could you please confirm from your source about this scenario?

Reserved candidates is myth this time only selected got the letters if they failed to clear this process than they will only select the cleared ones
