Lazar says that forms are sent to reserved candidates too( selected=68, reserved 70) so I'm in confusion.

If from selected candidates refused to join than they may call next in cue or seat may also remain vacant also

Yeah. in case of non-submission of forms by few selected ones, SVA will be sent to the reserved ones.

Even if forms have been sent to any reserved candidates they wont be more than 5 or 10. Having 68 selected and more than twice the seats on reserve doesnt make sense.
