what expectation do you have who got SVS Are they considered to be selected and if not then how much of their selection will be?

According to many sources from within the department, those who received SVA are selected one.

That's what I have been told as well. The Reserved List will follow the selection of the one's who have already received it.

It means those who received sva forms are selected. If anyone amkng them are rejected in security clearance or medical, then the reserved candidates will receive sva forms.

Means that the persons who received, sent back the SVA forms and are undergoing the security clearance are the finally selected candidates.

If anyone is dropped or chooses to drop out, the reserves candidates will be approached to fill the vacancy.
