I have been confronted with this questions many time. If you read Jahangir's mcqs of past paper CSS. It is Zafar Ali, if you go through the Mass Communication book of Imtiaz shahid, again is same.

But mera dil karta hai, bhale mera galat ho ap ka sahi ho. Bcz sometimes, majority is at wrong. Jo dikhta he woh hota nahi or jo hota he woh sab ko dikhta nahi. Lwkin woh phir b nahi hokar wohi hota hai, halake woh galat hota he or ek banda sahi hota hai

A person started his M.A as a regular student and the classes ended in 2013. After the classes had ended, he took admission in B.ED in an institution affiliated with a university. When his masters result was declared, he had failed two papers. He passed his two papers in 2015. He completed his B.ED one year in the mean time. There was no time clash in the classes of the two said degrees. Are these two degrees legal?
