I disagree. There are alternatives available but these alternatives can expose the our organization(s) to several vulnerabilities. So, what we have to do is to induce vertical integration into the National organizations instead of outsourcing the solutions...

Redressing the system, needs political will power & implementation of policies. The prevailing bad system ruins good people all the time. Provided that the substandard system of recruitment, always retains & it will never likely revamp what it seems. Irrespective of divine hands, the suffering from such major setbacks ultimately put us in dark ages. The sooner curtailing pitfalls can make a difference, though.
