Don't you worry. You should focus on your test first. At the time of Interview simply say i have quit my last job in case they demands NOC. Other wise just go through Interview and security vetting and after you got an offer letter straight way resign your current job.

Have you any idea about the pattern
I've listened from those who appeared last time that it is same as in ISSB.

@Honey Qazi
yes its similar to that of ISSB.. Actually all psychological tests for jobs have almost the same pattern. They judge the person's personality. Its kind of a personality test.
Its Word association test, Thematic appreciation test, sentence completion test.
They basically judge the response of the person and his/her originality, try to be genuine, don't try to fake something, they'll catch you in a second. Do not write anything negative no-matter what happens, be positive, optimistic, patriotic.. if they ask you for your opinion, and the options are STRONGLY AGREE, STRONGLY DISSAGREE, AGREE, DISAGREE, NOT decided , do not be too hasty. Read that carefully, if you think the statement is completely true, only then mark strongly agree.. in normal situations don't show EXTREME behavior...
Are you getting what am trying to say???
They'll judge your personality, Don't be extremist unnecessarily ..

@Honey Qazi
Plus, in Thematic appreciation , make a story with a short term Goal which the subject successfully achieves at the end of story... Do not write haphazardly !!
Observe the picture carefully , the subject is basically the Hero of the story. Now remember, That subject is you yourself... So be genuine.
Don't add thrill in the story, be realistic.
Try to show the subject's truthfulness, honesty, bravery, patriotism, empathy, etc.... The hero is you yourself and they will judge YOUR personality from that story...
