candidates from Punjab and Sindh received medical letters for different post except AD. AD candidates already received Appointment letters few weeks ago.

Only 2-3 candidates on the top of its waiting list may wait for appointment letters as some pre selected candidates don't join the services every year...

Each year a reserve list is maintained. . The 10 candidates who were called to Islamabad from all over Pakistan and offered another equivalent rank job were on the top of first waiting / reserve list...
those who haven't been contacted by the ministry are sadly out of race . .

Those ten candidates in the waiting list had been called for interview already, so I guess they all know who were in the waiting list...

Another equivalent rank job? What does it mean? Can you please elaborate it? Dey offered jobs in sam department or other departments?

It means the reserve candidates were offered another 17 grade job but it was contractual and not permanent...
