What sort of confusion brother? As it is clearly mentioned in the advertisement that the requirement is MSc in Engineering, it means 18 years of education. Reference : National Qualifications Framework of Pakistan, 2015 (Page:22).

Bro, I don't think so that they have yet filled vacancies announced initially in 2017. So new one can't be advertised without filling previous ones. So at whichever time this is going to happen, I don't have any information about this. But information regarding this will be shared as soon as those are announced
