Yes. Morever, there are separate seats of AD ENGINEERING in thisa advertisement. I think You will be eligible in both cases.

Copy of relevant experience certificate

What if somebody doesn’t have this certificate??? Will the application be rejected??

Every body with 16 year education in any discipline is eligible for AD posts on number1.
