I have few questions regarding AD MOD Post

Hi Guys, Hope everyone is well.
I am kindly interested in knowing few details about job and job description of MOD AD Computer Programming.

1. The Hiring Process of these jobs is not FPSC instead they are hiring with NTS, So does it effect the Job nature (Permanent according to GOP)?
2. Are Civil Employees of Ministry of Defence called Civil Servants? Means they are entitled to Pension etc or like some autonomous bodies/ companies/ corporations they are not entitled?
3. Are Civil Employees of MOD entitled to avail Medical Facilities at Combined Military Hospitals?
4. Are there any 20% Ministry allowances like in some ministries?
5. Do they offer you accommodation?
6. What are major perks? How much is staring salary of AD MOD ? Is it same for all fields? General, Engineering, CP ?

I know that the nature of the job is bit classified and sensitive and so I will appreciate answers even if you are not 100% sure.

1. Hiring organization is decided by MOD. NTS has been the preferred organization. Job nature is permanent. Instead of the "EYE S EYE" tag you will be the permanent employee of Ministry of Defence on paper.

2-6. Salary for ADs hired in 2016 batch, was Rs 120k+, with additional allowance as per his/her station and nature of task. Nature of the job provides conveyance, accommodation and support staff. Friend from lahore was provided with a vigo and 2 batman for his posting s and job. The term civil servants is reserved for CSS officer. Government employee would be more apt.

There is little to no information about perks of the said organization over internet, which is quite understandable because of the nature of organization's work (classified).

I was able to get some information from this forum only, so Posted questions here. Later, I thought that I should have waited for actual offer.

There is little to no information about each and every type of job in Pakistan on this website. People only use this website during the prep or getting to know phase of their struggle. Once they get the job they forget to payback to the forum that helped them. Hence this forum has been running in deficit for nearly a decade now.

If you've passed the exam and all to get the offer then dont forget to leave some information back on here before you leave this site for good. Anyways, it IS a good job. Tor tappa apni jaga aur kaam ka load (even though fauji+intelligence organization) will still be a sarkari wala. And from what I've heard pay bhi equal to if not better than the best IT/software companies in Pakistan

Well, I agree to an extent that there is no much info about almost all jobs but this job is classified in particular. And yes, one should come back after selection to respond like they want others to respond to their queries.
InshaAllah if I get selected, I'll at least respond to queries as many as I can easily.
Well, thanks allot for explaining for me that job is nicer than private companies.

I have a question though, I didn't take name of IT specifically anywhere, so Why did you mention IT/ Software companies?
In simpler words do you somehow find out from my question that I am particularly asking about IT?

honourable sir are you seriously telling the truth that MOD give that kind of perks and privileges to Assistant Director.. Dear this department is good for military officials and it didnt give that kind of perk and privilege which the IB give.Asenior person on facebooks say on pay that if a civilian want to destory his career than he should join this department .

Honourable sir i just want the truth. if you have any detail about the salary, perks and privileges of AD MOD kindly share it but majority people say they all posts of MOD are in control of army officials and they didnt do trust on civilians and secondly after pmln govt an AD officer can reach to grade 20.
