is that right that screening test will be held n first week of March?
Kindly also share salary, perks and privileges of AD MOD thaaky achi taraah preparation kaar sakain...

The overall MOD process has some stages which are as Below

Stage 1: Applying online and paying online (MOD has introduced online payment since 2021) hence no hassle of going to banks

Stage 2: MCQ based paper. The most important part in which maximum candidates are screened out. It comprises of 200 mcqs to be completed in 2 hours. Negative marking is there.

The mcqs comprise of English, Current Affairs, Pakistan Affairs, Islamiat, general maths, Everyday science, Political science, IR, I LAW, Computer, Analytical and scenario based question

Stage 3: Those who qualify the screening will be called for descriptive exams. The descriptive consists of a current affairs paper (Usually 3-4 questions to be completed in 2 hours). Afterwards another paper of essay takes place in which 3 topics are given and candidate has to chose one and write an essay. Total time 2 hours


Stage 4: Those who qualify the descriptive are called for 3 day psychometric evaluation at NIA, Islamabad. They will provide lodging facility, food etc. These 3 days will consist of various psychological exams (written, physical and interviews)

Stage 5: Those lucky enough will be called for final interview. The interviews are held at NIA, Abpara and hamza camp. The interview is taken by a panel of 6-9 people consisting of civilian and military members of MOD. The average interview time is 15-25 minutes

Stage 6: Security clearance after submission of SVA form before interviews. You will be checked by 13 various agencies

Stage 7: If they find you fit, they will call you for final medical at CMH. Nothing serious, only basic medical

Stage 8: Joining and commencement of Training at NIA (Training varies from 6 to 10 months)

Stage 9: Posting as AD (DIS)


The entire process takes less than a month from advertisement announcement to commencement of training

Yasir bhai when they will conduct the screening test..some one claim in a group that screening test will be held before ramzan??The MOD intial plan was that they will advertise these vacancies in nov but ECP doesnt give permission so they want that screening should be held before ramzan and than descriptive before eidul fitr...
Yasir bhai for motivation kindly tell us about its salaries, how powerful these job are. s that right that they are more powerful than AC, DC,ASP etc..

Test will most probably be conducted in march end or april start. Descriptive is conducted after 15-20 days of the announcement of screening test results

AD (DIS) is a field cum desk job. As of right now, the training batch of 2022 ADs are undergoing training and they are receiving a take home salary of 120k. In the field, there are some extra allowances associated with the job.

Other perks and privilages depends upon on the nature and place of postings. Furthermore, in terms of power that depends on person to person

yasir bhai 120k is meagre salary for AD MOD..How much they will get when they completed thr trainings??
What does it mean that power depends on person to person.All dmg,psp officer have power whether they are posted in office or field?So how does you compare the power of AD MOD whethr he is posted in office or n field?
s it right that he will get a 2 kanal bunglow in cantt; plus maid plus black vigo+ army soldier for his security??

Go for Ahmad najeeb book, PAKMCQS, EXAMVEDA, INDIABIX (for math and english), for analogy & reasoning based questions, youtube
