the test pattren of JRO is similar to that of AD ISI.

@spark
dear if u r selected on contact bases than there is no chance of promotion. but if u have given a FPSC exam for the post of AD or JRO than there is ever chance of promotion is avaiable to u.

Dear does MoD also hires on contract basis?? Because I have seen their last advertisement of year 2010, nothing mentioned about contract positions under any of the several posts.... Please clarify the confusion. Thank you

I had applied for the post of Sub-inspector in 2007 that was contract based. one of my uncles who happened to work in ISI that time told me that those post were contract based.

Ok what about the posts of 2010, were they all also contract based? Did you uncle mentioned how to differentiate between permanent and contract posts ???
If you applied why didn't you join brother?

I haven't seen Ad of 2010 if you share it here only then I be able to comment on it. As far as joining is concerned it was a cumbersome sort of a job moreover at that time I was in 5th semester of Electrical Engineering so my parents suggested me to complete my studies and applied for higher post
