The paper was easy and access to everyone but to become a part of ministry of defence seems difficult number of cadidates were many in numbers i appeared frm lahore anyhow experiance was great chance for me to utilise my knowladge in the most comprehensive and precise way whtever the result will be either there will be coruution involved it or not but i am happy because these kinda exams really improve my studies and have gained alot .......i was an ordinary student but to be a part of such compitative exams i hv improved my studies and hv enhanced my knowladge.

best of luck to everyone

@Islamabad Center (F-8/4)

Of-cource the both papers were damn easy as every one is saying.

But what about the arrangements for the conduct of papers?

In my conviction their invigilators were non-professional and non-serious. They taken it as picnic spot not a exam center.

In subjective paper the whole time invigilator remained sit outside of the room and the candidates enjoyed open cheating.

Whats the difference between one who studied and one who came without preparation.

MOD has serious shortage of professional staff to conduct this sort of exams. This is Gazetted post not a contractual short-term appointment that they make fun of it, even they have no right to do this with contractual.

Candidates of their own department were even know well about the correct pattern of paper and before paper one of them was telling that they will not give you any extra sheet and you will have to answer at two papers for one question. This was not announced any where and no external candidate knows this. If they know this then I think they know a lot more about the papers.

This is shameful.
I personally believe MOD should handover this process of hiring to FPSC.

There was a crowd exceeding 1000 in Peshawar center. I am not sure of whether there were any other centers in Peshawar, but this much turn out was not expected.

As for the papers, the MCQ's were easy, yet it involved some tricks. The current Affairs paper was also easy but my attempt lacked much of the requisite statistics in support of the answers and i had to rely on events with a slight inclusion of figures. Besides, the uncompromising scorch made the day hell for us. Many of us lost their concentration and had to flee earlier.
The summing up of the complex questions on two papers was indeed an uphill task and required the skill of expressing more in less words ( a quality which every css aspirant must attain). Thus the paper was based more on quick facts rather than the theories and backgrounds .

The growing number of candidates is because there are not much jobs in the market. I as an engineer appeared in this exam. Though I have never feel an intention to appear before in it. But the jobless scenario has compelled many people to go for it. I have seen many doctors appearing in it too. It seems to me that this exam would bring similar competition as CSS. Best of luck to all of you.

Default ISI Test-Karachi Center.

First of all the center was located in at DHA college for man, I had never seen this place before. It was difficult to reach the venue in time as it took 45 min for taxi to reach and search for the site.

Secondly the management was pathatic because there were some 1200+ candidates present there and the seating list was placed only at one place. This turned the side-by area into a wretling arena as candidates were unable to locate their seat no.(and rooms respectively).

The lists were not in any order, numbers were arranged in hapzard manner, I tried for 25 min and then when i felt that the effort will not fruit, i enterd the colledge where i had to check all the room to find my seat.

The MCQ paper was very easy, I donot think there was any difficulty in attempting such a paper, i left the MCQ numerical in nature and i attempted them in last and thanks to Allah almost all were done expect that required "Permutation/combination", I was unable to recall the forumla.

The current affair paper was also easy, spcially if one is reading newspaper on daily basis, one added advantage was that one had to write only two pages and there was No Supplement Allowed. For me the paper would have been difficult if paper had required CSS-Type answers.

Over all the actual paper was easy, but the enviroment and management was not up to the mark.
