If you are talking about your education then of course you are eligible.
However please check the experience clause also.

If you have under your belt two years experience in any organization besides sixteen years education, you can easily apply by posting your testimonials at the P.O.Box. 2899 Islamabad. I think for such posts experience is strongly mandatory that is the reason I am refraining from applying despite having a masters degree in English Literature too.
