I am afraid recruitment system of MOD is extremely frustrating and possibly lacks transparency. They took exam in May 15, 2011, papers were just 100-mark MCQs which do not take very long to get checked as they can be scanned. NTS takes such tests every months and declare result within fortnight.
It seems that MOD employ that delaying-tactic to make the candidates lose hope and forget about result. We must salute PPSC which have inducted thousands of lecturers within 3,4 months unlike MOD that require atleast two and half years normally to fill 25 AD posts.
I strongly feel that FPSC should be handed back the responsibility of recruitment in MOD for the sake of youyh future, specially when opportunities are few and far between.
