yes downloaded form is applicable or you can get it free of cost from the fpsc office...they sign and stamp it after receiving it

It will take 5-6 months more before they schedule the test for this Ad. The tests for Consolidated Ad No. 9, 10 & 11/2010 are yet to be held.
