It can be a mixture of subjective and mcq type questions. Where mcq may cover the areas like Current Affairs, Islamiat, Pakistan Affairs, Everyday Science, English and Basic Arithmetic. Subjective may include essays on current affairs. But I have no concrete idea. Seniors please guide us.

But Sir G, those were not advertised by FPSC. Its simple that they will not conduct the test for these posts. Here is the link :

There will be screening tests from 28-07-2-13 to 03-08-12-2013 for the consolidate advertisement no. 4, 5 and 6 as stated by FPSC :

Sir for post of BPS-16 and above, FPSC conducts tests(as for as my knowldge is concerned), anyways, lets see what happens... do inform me if you get any news regarding this test, same will be done by me.., i am sharing the mail which i sent to FPSC and thier response too... please do comment on this....

Respected Authorities,

it is stated in your kind information that i applied for post of assistant director(Ministry of Defense, Balocistan), under federal government, announced in May 2013, case no. 5286/12, last date was 27th may 2013, we had to send applications to P.O.Box no. 2849,Islamabad...

sir i want to ask about its test date, when will we receive call letters/roll number slips ???

THE Test schedule of said post is during 28-07-2013 to 03-08-2013,
Admission Certificates for screening/written Test for General Recruitment
Cases phase iv will be placed on the website of FPSC i.e
www.fpsc.gov.pk. Candidates are advised to frequently visit this website.
They will be intimated through SMS as well. However, no information in
this regard shall be sent through post.

Thank you Sajjad. However, I am still confused as MoD has its own procedure for inducting candidates in ISI. Anyway lets see. Please share the syllabus as well. Secondly do you know any good place in Quetta to find the related books?

yes brother it is quite confusing... lets see... please do share when ever you get any news....
in quetta i know only book stores located on Jinnah road, Quetta book land, and book stall.. actually i am in lahore, here one can easily find sufficient stuff for preparation...you may visit these book stores.. get book of Dogar sons or any other

are you sure MoD (balochistan) is going to be conducted through FPSC. i don't even know if they got my application, let alone anticipating a test call.
if anyone get a call letter, i request you please share it with us.

very confusing.........can any one explain that from where the list of candidates can be obtained ....Am i shortlisted against the application for MOD jobs in balochistan ?
