Well after a long time I visited this section of forum and went through all the coments. Found it really intresting discussion.
As for as my experience is concerned I believe inspector ASF is a job which should be given only to simple B.A but unfortunate fact is its given to professionals nd higher degree holders. I guess 98% selected candidates hold higher degree (I rank b.com nd bsc higher than simple b.a) so when they practically join the force after few months; most ov them resign. That's why old pathtic culture of force becomes stronger.
I will second new-horizon in this regard and also feel sorry for higher degree holder who get selected as an inspector.
One more thing dy.ad has much more respect and authority then inspector so miss new-horizon please do not consider both in same category.
I know most of you will differ from me but that's the harsh reality.
