We have to report on 6th and then we ll have to go through a medical examination. On being considered fit by medical examiner, we will get the appointment letter.

Default Grant of leave at ASF Academy Karachi during training
dear friends!
one thing I want to share with you that some people would misguide you that there would be no grant of leave while in training but let me clear that the whole staff of the academy would fully cooperate with you in terms of your interviews and test if you've applied for that in the pre-joining era. I myself got leave for 4 times during the training. so don't worry about that.

hey aisha, can you please help, the letter u received from MoD was Fast track UMS pak post, normal or some other, it will be written on the envelope, can you please check and let me know, so i can trace my letter. there are 3 separate departments of pak post, it would help me recover my lonely letter

If you have joining on 2nd dec; go and join the acadmy. You can come back; one or two days before interview. But my suggestion is ; Do not miss the initial joining date otherwise it will affect you badly in seniority issues.
After joining you can avail off days from academy ; no need to inform headquter.

Hey aisha, it'll be nice of you to share the contents of the offer letter. And please, anybody tell me what to do in case i don't receive the letter in due time. Is there any contact number given on the letter? Eagerly waiting for the reply.

Friends!

It is an initial joining letter. We have to report to the Commandant, ASF academy, Karachi on 6th december. Moreover it is written in letter that we will be issued appointment letter if we are found suitable for government service after medical examination. Pay and allowances will be commenced from the date we are declared fit by the Civil Surgeon, Karachi.

Other than that there is a list of required things and documents that we have to bring with us and a HALAF NAMA to be signed.

It is written in the recommendation letter that if u don't receive the offer letter within due time that u can contact the FPSC and ASF.
