3rdly the first week is a bit difficult for new candidates and the later stages are full of enjoyment dear. We are enjoying our training at the academy.

When I analyse this situation, the result would be change. HQ numbers are already been issued to the new comers and I think it would be the HQ number (In terms of a candidate's standing in his batch or FPSC merit list) which would be considered for promotion purpose.
