Yes agree. 3000 is such a huge number for 53 seats even if Psychological test is there. Last time there were 300 candidates who qualified out of 40000 if I am not wrong. Apologies otherwise!

Is there anyone who knows when we should expect to receive a call for second phase??

By the grace of God I qualified for the next phase of AD MOD.......

According to sir Shafiq who is a CSP around 260-270 students qualified for the next phase of AD MOD.

Next phase will be the psychological test and interview just like CSS post written scenario.

this is reasonable answer..i myself think that maximum 300 candidates qualified in AD Next phase

Desperately disappointed due to failure in MoD, can anybody please guide me what to do now? From the very begining steps, how to prepare for FIA generaly, because I don't want to fail again.

Improve your general knowledge but special focus should be on english so that you can make a distinction with other aspirants. In papers, try to be as concise and accurate as you can.

A good introduction and conclusion, accurate English, impressive expression, a balanced mix of facts and fulfilling the requirement of the question or any outline given is important while one attempts such subjective papers. Aspirants of these jobs must concentrate on Current Affairs and English which can be improved through English newspapers and related websites. These are few of the things that should not be compromised in my opinion. Current Affairs and English, both will give you an edge.
