Need information for AD ISI from A to Z

A-O-A everybody .hope you guys are fine . i know a lot about css , not much about ISI..so please answer my questions . i ll be really grateful .

1. what is the qualification requirement for AD ISI
2. can females apply and if yes do they get qualified
3.are vacancies for AS ISI announced every year or not . ( this one is important )
4.how would we know when they are announced ..in papers or internet ..and how do we know they are from ISI

1.minimum qualification required is bachelors
2.yes females can apply and yes they get selected
3.vacancies are announced every 2 to 3 years but i heard they are goong to announce it this year
4. They are announced like any other jobs i.e. Papers and internet

1) bachelors normally,
2)yep
3)It entirely depends on them
4)Via newspaper mostly

ISI never announce their vacancies like we are willing to hire someone for ISI, they work under the banner of Minsitry of defence. but you cant get if the job is for ISI via PO Box number

PS. for girls its good to apply for the job of JRO at ISI instead of AD, Junior research officer has its own perks !.

can you please explain what exactly JRO is,, qualification requirement , age ..everything ? what does JRO do ..is it any fun or plain boring desk job lol

JRO is junior research officer, gazetted 17 grade officer. Qualification is BS .age limit is 35.JRO actually do all the research based thing e-g working on some new encoding technique, JRO will be the person who will approve.
Its a desk job but not boring ofcourse.
If you want to do field job better apply for PMA lomg course Army.

How did you come by the fact that the vacancies are coming up this year? They are still processing the recruitment of some 70+ Assistant directors, which they announced last year. How credible is your info that more are coming up THIS year?

where do they advertise the vacancies?? FPSC website?? or newspapers only??

i don't think they will announce any vacancy this year, but chances are for next year. .

MOD announces vacancies once in 2 year.According to some rumors,A.D positions are going to be announced around coming 1 or 2 months.
sometimes rumors can be true.

What about the post of Programmer Analyst in MOD? It has been announced through FPSC instead of NTS. Will they work under ISI or Army/Navy? Chances of promotion in such posts? I think there is no proper service structure for them.
