Yes it is equivalent to BPs -17 but both are different position categories with same rank level

AD 6 months, no relaxation as they all have to start the course the same time.

no one knows the exact date, all known is the the dispatch of letters will be started the time security clearance of each AD candidate is reached in the concerned department.
