Not necessarily. Confirmed is when you get the letter. Though the 'call for documents' does make your life a bit easier, creates the sense that you're getting there and eases you up a bit.

its a rumour that 60 plus will be considered as pass. the lists have been forwarded to OGDCL today. now academic percentages will be added. then they will call for interview which has some weightage.
