Medical certificate at this stage is not required.once you clear written part then you'll be asked to present medical certificate if you failed to produce the medical certificate at that time then your candidature will stand rejected.

Currently you should only focus on your written exam, get your measurement and just put that on online form...if you pass the written exam then for interview you ll be required to produce medical certificate...it doesnt matter you got your certificate before applying or one day before interview.
