Tassawur Bhai be optimistic with pragmatic approach. There are precedences, last year 210 vacancies of veterinary officer were filled. At first 19 did not join, later 11 others and then 5(from same interview). L and D Department kept on requesting PPSC for those who were lower in merit. I hope,speculate and wish that department would ask lower in merit as there are mere two seats. So ultimately,you are at lower merit immediately. Some times we have to pursue the concerned department.
