Exclamation Required help for Interview of Economics Lecturer
I am selected for the Interview of Economics lecturer. I need help from seniors for it. This is my first interview of PPSC & i need this job deliberately. I have few questions please someone experienced help me.
1. I did masters in Economics through Urdu medium please clear my confusion do i prepare study material in English or Urdu?
2. Recommend any book from which i can prepare interview
3. Which aspect of Economics should i concentrate more.
please help me

Please Please Please its a request. kindly someone experienced help me. Even my teachers are not interested in helping me this is the only source of my help kindly if some one know about it help me

Lightbulb Interview Tips
Few days ago, i've taken the interview of Lecturer Political Science.
Apart from your subject, the panel is more interested in the questions related to Lectureship. The most commonly asked questions at that day were:

1. Why we should select you as a lecturer?
2. What qualities a lecturer should have?
3. If the lecture is getting monotonous, what should be done to revive the interest of the students in the class?
4. have you previous experience of teaching?
5. how the lecture should be prepared?
6. How to maintain discipline in the Class?

Your subject is Economics, so they would ask the basic terminology and concepts from you. Besides, they may ask a few general knowledge questions.

It depends on the interview panel. the questions related to my subject were asked mostly in urdu medium. whereas, the professional questions were english specific. sometimes, the panelist asks question by mixing urdu and english words, so you've to respond accordingly, and answer in the same medium in which the question is posed before you. mine interview was hardly of 7-8 minutes duration.

I remained successful and secured 5th position in Political Science lecturer category.
