Anxiously waiting for reply

Last time they granted age-relaxation to those candidates who could not appear in PMS as PMS was not advertised till 2014; subsequently making them over-age. So to compensate that gap they allowed age-relaxation. Now there is precedent that age-relaxation will not be granted and PMS will be advertised annually. ( SOURCES )

Dear Brother Thanks for your reply but my ambiguity still persists.If PMS is advertised in this month then cut off age will be 01.01.2015 or not please clarify it.

Anyone having idea when the written exam will start ?
Will the papers start in December as the govt schools get empty or after CSS ?
