@Monk can u tell us the strategy of solving g.k paper by keeping in view the paper of 2014

Although query is made to fellow member Monk, but since i have experienced One Paper exams of PPSC more then 5 times so i guess i should take this opportunity to enlighten you with a bit of knowledge i have had.

General Knowledge is the most tricky paper in PMS and you cannot cover the subject by consulting one book. Your knowledge should be vast enough; form geography to world major event, from science to legal terms, from economy to politics.

Though i flunked in PMS G.K Paper miserably but i have paid much attention to this particular subject after my failure, and in my endeavour i have passed one paper exams.

When i flunked in PMS G.K i went to buy a good general knowledge book and found a book by Shahrukh Niazi, a PMS officer, published by Jahangir Publishers. When i read this book i was totally astonished to see that 50% of paper was set from this book ( Though not entirely but the topic he had covered were same). He has written that book by keeping in view the trend of PMS G.K Paper. I have read about 3,4 other book but i found that book to be the best among all.

G.K by Carvan Publishers

Lastly, a piece of advice, buy world map and get yourself familiar with World Geography. It would surely help you to pass this subject and do remember one score could make a difference in such subjects.
