Unhappy Tentative date of PMS Exams and approach of commission

Hello Folks,
As you know PMS Exams are expected in coming December and tomorrow is last date for registration. I have some queries. Is it appropriate approach to conduct such an detailed Exam on the notice of a mere fortnight? No doubt there were news about conduction of Exams long ago but no one can rely on rumors from different people. Wasn't PPSC supposed to grant a preparation duration of at least 90 days? And is it possible for commission to handle and conduct Exam smoothly in such a short span of time?
Opinions from seniors will be appreciated as I am still in a dilemma whether to apply or not. I am a professional and find it impossible to prepare with twenty days.
Your extended support in sought.

Greetings,
RAO

Apply for now and if you feel that your prep is not complete by the time the exams are held, then simply dont appear.

Everyone will be able to sue the PPSC on the account of written guarantee to LHC given by PPSC if commission does not conduct PMS during 2015. As PPSC and LHC have affirmed that exam will be held annually. So, technically, they have no choice at all.

Brother I do agree with you. They have some technical issues so they must have to conduct the exam during the year 2015. But the issue is, if they "must have to conduct" the exam during 2015 then why they advertised so late?????????
They shouod have informed us in July or August 2015 in this case. So if they could not, whose negligence is this??
It is commission's fault. They must have to conduct it at the expense of our career??Why are they unable to conduct the exam inspite of Billions of budget????
Everyone of you is requested to write letters and applications to worthy chairman & tell him the ground realities.
