Default suggest only one book for punjabi, social work, mass communication

please suggest only one (or maximum two) books for mentioned subjects... which would cover 70 to 80% syllabus...

Social Work by Caravan Book House
& Social Work by Jahangir Publishers.
Punjabi by Jahangir.. As well!
These books would do the magic if one puts the right amount of effort in..

All the best!
