Sri Lanka and Uniform Resource Locator.
I can't confirm. It's just my opinion. Toor, Judi and Mount Adam all have historical significance. That's why I am inclined to think that the examiner wanted to ask about the one in Sri Lanka, not a relatively unknown mountain in USA.

Paper was difficult, more so because of .5 deduction for each wrong answer.... Attempted 17 wrong ones but still on the safe side with 45 marks at least... I really hate these ratta based questions like deepest and largest lake. Capitals and old names of third world African countries etc... Sir Laurence Olivier was an actor belonging to black and white age..... don’t know why we need to know a British actor belonging to our great grandfather’s era. In this regard fpsc’s general knowledge portion is always more relevant and meaningful

I support you on the case of URL and Mount Adam.
Two Leading Dictionaries i.e. Oxford and Webster suggest that both Uniform and Universal are correct.

because if any one of these of mine corrects I will be on in this game inshaAllah
I will visit ppsc office lahore on 10th January and will discuss the issue with them...
but I really don't know what's the proper challenge to deal these kinda issue...
