well i am from NWFP...and here v had a full pledge PCS exam of 5 papers for tehsildar after the screaning test.....then intervivw.
i am selected there and now my training is start.....

for intervivw plz must study a book of LAND REVNUE AACT...and Pre-emption act..... also u have to know about ur prvince districts and tehsils....

likewise read the functions of tehsildar and othere officers.... also read the heirearchy of officers in board of rvenue....

my interw was a bit differnt from those of my friends....

there was no NEELAM GHAR type question in ma interw.....
