brother posts of DDO R are included in the provincial management service a pms officer is posted as section officer if he is posted in the secretariat and as DDO R if he is deputed in the field the second advertiement increased the number of seats of pms from 45 to 85 PMS officers work under the administrative control of S&GAD just like css officers work under establishment division

2% (5 posts for disables),and 5% (4 posts for minorities)

2% of 85 is less than two seats, how come they made 5 posts?anyone can solve this mystery?

In the said advertisements,PMS Seats have been increased from 45 to 85,and out of these 85,two percent (2% of 85) will go to disbables, which is less than two seats,so how come it is written that there are 5 seats for disaables while there should be maximum two reserved seats for disables with quota of 2%.

hope it is clear now.
