Cool My Experience of Punjab PMS-2011/2012 Psychological
Asslaam o Alaikum,

Here is my experience of PMS 2011 Psychological (Dated 22-12-2012) -Day 1
Starting time: 08:10am
Ending time : 12:30pm

The psychological is of two days

Day First:
Personal data form (Personal details,qualification,professional experiences,family details etc)

Now the test starts:
  1. Fill in the blanks (Analogy type -50 Q in 30 mins)
    e.g: Car is to driver Airoplane is to _____
  2. Figures Matching (Sequence matching from given choices - 45 in 20 mins)
  3. Autobiography 15 minutes.
  4. Picture Story (3 Pictures,3 Stories in Urdu or English ,5 minutes Each)
  5. Psychological Proforma Questions. (15 Questions in 40 min)
  6. Sentence Competition (35 Sentences in 12 mins)

Day 2 (Expected)
  1. Group Discussions (not sure but hopefully 1 in Urdu and 1 in English)
  2. Interview with Psychologists.


I will upload the proforma questions shortly...
It was a very easy test.
No need of formal dressing on first day,but proper dressing is must.
Just ball pen/ink pen is required.No need of pencil and other things.
There was parking issue as parking stands open around 10 am so you can park at your own risk
Feel free to ask any question regarding this psychological thing

brother what is a picture story can u please elaborate and secondly what was the difficulty level as compared to css psychological and were able to complete all tasks in stipulated time

  9. If your salary is 5 lac rupees per month,how will you live your life?
  10. What value you have added in your family current position?
  11. How you plan to live a happy life in today's fast life?
  12. What is essential for happy/successful life?
  13. Which news you want to see in tomorrow's newspaper?
  14. Responsibilities you share
  15. The habit you want to get rid off

Yara koi masla he nae ha.
Avg student can easily complete the tasks with in the given time.
You are lucky to have known all the things before test

Feel free to ask.


Story:
30 seconds to visualize the story and 4 mins 30 sec to write the script
Dramatize it as much as you can,think out of the box.
Do make brief history of story image and then give the situation of the picture and then conclude it in a positive manner

You can assume any character which is not seen in the picture,name them and make a dramatic story which must have
Some achievement,
Feel of emotions or relation
and optimism,happiness etc

Thanks a lot brother shikva now tell one more thing what was your assessment about the other members of your group regarding their competence intelligence and kindly compare your css psychological and pms psychological were they of the same level or did you feel any difference

All were happy and satisfied after the tests

Css psychological is bit more difficult and hectic and there are around 8 ,9 different tests and time given is very short as compared to PMS psychological

For example:
Autobiography in Css is to be written in 8 mins where as in PMS in 15 mins


May be due to first day,the psychologist was bit more kind towards us in time thing

2nd Day


First of all you will have to wait for an hour for the psychologist to reach

Then 25 mins Urdu discussion

Today's topic was:
Ager perhy likhy log madrissa me hoty to itni intiha pasandi na hoti

Then turn wise individual psychological interivew of around 10 to 15 mins which was basically focused on ones personal life,job,education and family
Nothing was asked from current affairs or subjects

The last candidate got free around 1pm
