Panel has DMC's of successful candidates in front of them while interviewing the candidates. They have all data in the file.

A friend of mine has done 'do or die" in the interview. Chairman Shah sb himself asked him that he had no written marks of candidates with him after once my friend said that the panel scored after having look at the written score.Secondly,we friends were gathered after interview and a person in PPSC said the same.

As per my source, result will take a week more and interview has not been high scoring.. almost all of the candidates have their marks in a near bracket... and there is no major difference in interview marks

@all,some guy told me that his source in PPSC confirmed that there were 89 candidates above 700 marks. The highest score in interview wasn't more than 150 and the average range was 100/110,good 110/120,very good,120/130.Most of the candidates fell in the bracket of 100/110.They failed the candidates as well.I am not sure about it's authenticity.Just sharing.

@Progressive Pakistan, written mein hi 89 candidates 700 se above hein, but i personally feel k at max bhi 35 ya 40 hon gei jin ka score 700 se above ho ga coz is dfa no doubt score acha hei lakin 700+ trend bht kam hei ,wese bhi 2009 mein 800+ score bhi failed candidate ka tha.is dfa 700+ chahay public ad or punjabi hi kio na ho bht kam ho ga.secondly, failed candidates mein jin ki punjabi or public ad hei woh bhi 650-680 mein hi fal kr rahay hein.

I am amazed that some people are comparing PPSC with FPSC and criticising PPSC. There is a huge difference while applying in FPSC or PPSC. But remeber these things before criticising PPSC.

1. Candidates have to send hardcopies of printed form alongwith documents to FPSC while in PPSC only online apply is enough. In PPSC candidates have to submit their documents after qualifying the written part, at the time of psychological or viva. So the missing documents caused problem here. Most of the candidates didnot submit DPC earlier and bureaucratic structure causes delay for issuence of DPC.

2. CSS result announced two months before PMS result and still Psychological and viva is in process. There should be some appreciation of PPSC for completing this process in less time.

While PPSC is facilitating the candidates in application process and then in submission of documents process then candidates should show some patience. When everyone has waited a lot then why not a few more days.

Relax guys. Result will be announced in few days. Just Pray for your success and be cool.
May Allah bless you all.
