Same department told me that letters will be issued next week and the same rhetoric is from them for last 4 weeks. When you called them? & ur merit # please.

20 ADLFA joined. Only merit # 93 has not joined. Same is with ETO's. 1 ETO has not joined. In this way total 3 persons not joined PMS-2011.
