Default DDAO interview problem
My freind had her interview of ddao yesterday but panel did not allow her to appear in interview.Her domicile was issued to her after closing date for ddao.The head of panel refused her and said that she can not file writ in court for interview due to her domicile issue.
What can be the solution of this issu?

i have also face this kind problem in my interview of AD labour welfare,
according to law a person cannot submit any application or suit in this case, we have no authority to mention domicile district before issuing the domicile.
