Dear Brother,

Honestly speaking, Civil service is matchless, you can not compare it with forces at all be it PMS or CSS. In Forces you have lot of restrictions and hectic life whereas in Civil Service the social recognition, public interaction and your say in policy making makes you feel sense of ownership hence you love to work in the said department or organization. Then again it varies from person to person. Someone may have personal grievances or bad experiences in civil service but it does in no way allow him/her to say that job in forces is better than Civil Service.....
