Dear you straight go to District hospital in your city and tell them all about.PA to MS deals such things and he will go through the documentation and tell you the procedure how to proceed.Best of luck!

It is better to get it from DHQ if not in reach go to services hospital

It is expected that short listing formula 1:50 for written test ll be suspended tomorrow. All Graduates with 2nd Div ll be eligible for test.

i dont think soo k 400 marks ka paper ho ga ....q k PPSC ka jo add aya ha ur pr just 100 marks of mcqs paper ka lika hua ha ....

I can not understand logic that age limit for Asi is 25
and also for SI 25 but education is different.

Yes! It is mandatory for Online application submission. You dont have to post hard copy of it.
