Duties: Investigation, Arrest, Courts dealing many more.
According to Police Rules SHO is responsible for all administration in his jurisdiction like training of sub ordinates, Fair Policing, book keeping, reporting to concerned officers.

Collect info of his jurisdiction crime prevention, investigation, and to arrange for justice.

Ni yar kuch logu k interview ni hue Physical Certificate, NOC, Original Documents ya Domicile ki waja se. Aise logu k interviews hu ge to final result ae ge.
