But some friends told that exams are going to be held in NOv/Dec due to writ pettition
Yes, but it depends upon the final verdict of the court. PMS aspirants should keep in mind the tentative dates of the said exam and start their preparation. Seats are very less and competition is getting tougher. So get ready for this prestigious exam. Regards |

Somebody posted in this thread that on June 30 the secretary would present his report in the court which would be quite instrumental in shaping the final verdict. Has any such report been presented ? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

One thing, I must say that , this time PMS aspirants are taking least interest in age relaxation case or they are depending upon those who already filed writ in LHC. PPSC has also noticed this thing. If court grants age relaxation to the petitioners only, then you can expect exam after Eid. Its confirmed. |
But it would be a very illogical decision that those who became part of the writ petition , get relaxation while the others are denied the same. On what grounds this can be justified. I don't find any.

Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Logic does not work in Pakistan :)...what can PPSC do, if aspirants are reluctant to file writ against court possible decision.? They have become the passive spectators of the whole process. Regards |
This was the topic of essay which I wrote in css 2011 :)
The logic doesn't apply to anything in his country. Now what seriousness court demanded when a writ petition been filed ? Court should have given logical decision. But still I heard that few aspirants are in court against this decision of court. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

PPSC has announced just 28 seats of PMS and that is the reason behind this non serious attitude of the candidates. |
August 20 is the tentative date of PMS 2014.
PPSC is enthusiastic in conducting PMS exam in 1st or 2nd week of August at every cost due to availability of examination center...otherwise it will be conducted in nov/dec...Although writ petition is a hurdle to do so but commission is expecting that to be decided soon.. Stay blessed... |
Court has given interim orders on18-06-2014 in the case titled shahid vs ppsc and it has asked PPSC to allow the petitioners who have applied online to sit in the exam. PPSC aims at conducting the exam in the first week of August. I have talked to Mr Shahid today morning regarding the case he said that he has consulted the lawyer regarding getting stay orders from the court. And the counsel has planned to get stay order at the next hearing.

Why can't PPSC settle this outside of the court and announce age relaxation by re-advertising and conduct the exam in August. Petitioners will withdraw their petitions and there will be a win-win as overage candidates will get age relaxation and PPSC will get to conduct the exam in August. Can anyone pitch this idea to PPSC lawyers? |
