Is there any chance of delay of PMS 2014?

alonesoul Wednesday, October 29, 2014 10:44 PM
Court decided that overage candidates who had already applied can appear in the exam and exam will be accotding to same schedule.

However few aspirants who did not apply are going to file another petition in next 2-3 days.
if other aspirants will file petition they will surely win that , this is a weak decision , other candidates will win the petition for age relaxation as this will be discriminatory that few over age candidates will be allowed to sit in exams ,others not. But chances are there that others will not file petition as only 23 seats are advertised for pms this time , this was the main reason of few petitions being filed for age relaxation

It was just a hearing not the final decision. Judge didn't delay for exam although allow petitioners to sit in exam. Next hearing will be on 8th December. So it reduces the chances of delay in pms exam.

this is strange decision , this decision come on a stay appeal ? frankly speaking this decision didn't make any sense. Though i agree with you that chances of delay in PMS exams are diminishing now

I think now to get stay for delay of exams , petitioners will have to go in an intra-court appeal in high court

How one go for intra - court appeal as decision has not been declared yet .. The only way is to put an integrated effort to get a stay order . All over-aged candidates except petitioners join together and file a petition ... This is the open violation of last verdict .. how come a judge takes a U-turn from his own judgement .. Very pathetic .. Only way is to hire a competent lawyer and get a stay order .

no doubt in that this judgement is nothing & very weak ,candidates can easily get stay order on this. But will candidates file petition ? i don't think so , due to less number of seats candidates are not interested to fight a legal battle for that

This time ppsc has judge on their side , but still the interim decision is very weak , if candidates will go for a appeal through a good lawyer, they will be listened . Date sheet is announced but next week will decide that what will happen. As rumors are in the air that those candidates who didn't apply due to age limit , will file petition in high court for to be given chance to attempt papers too
