Exams will commence from Monday as all the petitions regarding stay orders have been thrown into limbo by High Courts

your statement shows that high court has rejected the petition of over aged candidates. Now its confirm that exams will commence with effect from 17th. However there is no denying the fact that this is injustice. If age relaxatiin was granted to candidates of previous pms then why not this time. However keep fighting for your right irrespective of the fact that exams have been commenced. Go for intra court appeal and then to supreme court as well. At the end if decision comes in favour of the over aged candidates then court has power to direct the commission to take their exam seperately.

salute for what ? to keep on pending age relaxation case? & at the end of the day giving a pathetic interim decision which didn't make any sense? why he didn't gave final verdict ? It was insane to give decision that over age candidates who filed petition should be allowed to sit in exams , others not . What type of decision was that ? So no salute from me , poor mishandling on part of court . Other over age candidate has every right to try to get stay order
