Rwp high court can give stay orders tomorrow .LHC was rejecting all the petitions of the PMS age relaxation, therefore some petitioners went to the RWP high court.
You are rite , this was very funny decision by Lahore high court to allow petitioners to sit in exams , other over age candidates not allowed . If this become precedent , this will be a very funny one

That is a solid point. PPSC did not wait the final verdict of the case which is expected on December 9.

PPSC didn't wait for the verdict because PPSC is not the major party in the case. During the first hearing the lawyer of PPSC rightly pointed out that the age relaxation matter lies with the establishment division of the Punjab government hence absolving itself from the case

Please don't misguide candidates by offering Loly Pop of stay order which is not going to happen and it will only obstruct their studies

concerned department work in air or what ? PPSC set final policy , they make such stupid steps intentionally , resulting in litigation's , petitions etc. They take 2 year to complete process of induction even if the seats are less than 20. What is performance of PPSC? Last time when they take lecturer PCS exams, it was poorly mismanaged. In mass comm test , they gave Pak study type test. Candidates protested in front of examination center but to no use.

Naive! You need to understand that PPSC is nothing more than the examination conducting body. They can't decide about number of seats or age relaxation

They are responsible for settings papers because PPSC is an exam conducting body! PPSC went for the intra court appeal because establishment division asked them to do say! Again trigger was in the hand of establishment division not PPSC.

A live in a world where I regularly visit court and I was party in last case contrary to it you sit on the forum and misguide people
