Is Public Administration a scoring subject?

How to start its preparation? I have opted public administration but no idea about how to prepare for it.

you do start preparation by keeping in view the last years papers because its papers pattern is somewhat different as copare to typical outline of syllabi

public ad m is scoring in pms but in css its fluctuating depends on your preparation and understanding of the question and attempting method. i opted this subject in my 3 attempts but did not score much despite handling the paper in a competitive manner.

sultan khan is good book for prep but does not cover whole syllabus in css while for pms its not enough i think.......besides sultan khan, faridi's public adm is also beneficial

you must line up important topics and chapters which come frequently in past papers and prepare their answers from different books like sultan khan and faridi....make their bullets or pointers comprised of 1 or 2 pages for each topic then learn them by heart and write them again and again....after this exercise go for the less important questions and repeat the same exercise....lastly read the remaining portion just to absorb the gist.....take tests must
