can anyone tell when will final detailed result of passed candidated of pms 2011 will be announced???

i know rukhsana..she is a brilliant girl.but what can one do in the matter of luck..
better luck to her next time.

so the final statistics of pms 2011 are:

527 candidates cleared the written exam.
505 were interviewed.
431 could clear interview.
108 were allocated including 106 on merit in which:
79 are in pms.
6 are in exise and taxation.
21 are as assistant director local fund audit.
1 in disabled
and 1 in minority quota.

can anybody explain that does the ppsc have the right to round off the marks in case of mcq type papers for example if one has 40.75 can they round it off to 41 or not
